Parent Power: we could contribute up to 5% of the purchase price

Get on the property ladder with Parent Power

What is Parent Power?

  • We're offering extra help to make buying your first home even more affordable. If you’re getting financial support from your family or friends to help you get on the property ladder we could match it, up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price. Plus we’ll include flooring.
  • On the date of legal completion, we'll pay you up to 5% of your property's purchase price.
  • For example, if you reserve a property with a purchase price of £300,000, we will pay you up to £15,000. Plus you'll receive 1% towards your flooring, this means on a £300,000 property, we will contribute £3,000 towards flooring.
