Introduce a friend or family member to us and if they purchase a Barratt London home you could potentially receive a £2,000 reward. Terms and Conditions apply. 

Terms and Conditions
1. Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are existing Barratt homeowners at the time of the referral and payment of the reward ("Referrers").
2. Referrers may share this voucher with friends and family members ("Referees"). There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made but Referees may only use one voucher per property purchase. If multiple vouchers are presented by the Referee then the Referee will be asked to nominate a single Referrer to receive the reward.  
3. This voucher must be completed by the Referrer or Referee to state the Referrer's full name, email address and telephone number and then presented by the Referee to the Sales Adviser at the time of reserving the property. Email vouchers must be printed. Vouchers on a mobile device will not be accepted. 
4. The Referee must reserve a Barratt London home within 12 months of the Legal completion of the Referrer’s home and legal completion of the Referee’s Barratt London home must take place within 6 months of entering into a reservation agreement. Following legal completion of the Referee's property purchase, we will contact the Referrer by email (using the contact details stated on the voucher) confirming the successful referral and requesting the Referrer to provide their bank account details. A reward of £2,000 will then be paid to the Referrer via bank transfer within 28 days of the Referrer providing their bank account details. Referrers are responsible for ensuring that their bank account details supplied are complete and correct.
5. We reserve the right to require Referrers to prove that they are eligible to receive the reward (e.g. proof of Barratt London home ownership) and to refuse to provide a reward (as well as require the return of any reward already awarded) if a Referrer is found to be ineligible.
6. Offer available on selected plots and developments only – our Sales Advisers will be able to advise customers of eligible plots. 
7. Any personal data that Referrers and/or Referees share with us (including name, address, email, bank account details) will be kept secure and processed in accordance with our privacy policy available at: https://https://www.barratthomes.co.uk/new-homes/london/footer/privacy-policy/. We may contact you in relation to this offer but will not send any marketing communications unless you have also consented to this or we have another lawful basis for the communication. 
8. Rewards received and paid to Referrers as part of this offer may be considered a taxable benefit and recipient of such rewards will be directly responsible for accounting and paying to their local tax offices any taxes arising in respect of their rewards. Referrers should seek independent tax advice. 
9. ‘We’, ‘our’, ‘us’ refers to the Barratt Redrow PLC Group brands including Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Barratt London. Barratt London is a brand name of BDW TRADING LIMITED (Company Number 03018173) a company registered in England whose registered office is at Barratt House, Cartwright Way, Forest Business Park, Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1UF, VAT number GB633481836. 
10. Advertising images may include optional upgrades at additional cost. Calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as dialling an 01 or 02 number. If your fixed line or mobile service has inclusive minutes to 01/02 numbers, then calls to 03 are counted as part of this inclusive call volume. Non-BT customers and mobile phone users should contact their service providers for information about the cost of calls.
11. Any property purchase is subject to contract and status.
12. Our decisions are final and binding in respect of all matters relating to this offer and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this offer.

Barratt London reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee. Contracts must be exchanged within 42 days of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee.

The current specific offers being advertised in relation to selected Barratt London developments are also subject to the specific terms and conditions set out above (N.B. these offers may vary from time to time and you should refer to the development in which you are interested to discover which offers are available on specific plots and developments).

Barratt London will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee. Barratt London will not be responsible for the failure of any deal due to any defects in your existing property which arise as a result of an inspection or survey, whether a part exchange deal has been agreed or not. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
