Offer is for a furniture package, chosen by the customer and provided by IKEA, up to the value of: (i) £6,000 for a 1-bedroom property; (ii) £9,000 for a 2-bedroom property; or (iii) £12,000 for a 3-bedroom property.
Customers must have entered into a reservation agreement for a Barratt London home before close of business on 29 February 2024.
Customers have the option to choose a furniture package containing pre-selected IKEA items (with different styling options available) or select their own choice of IKEA furniture to include within the furniture package up to the value of either £6,000; £9,000 or £12,000 as applicable (depending on the number of bedrooms in the reserved property).

No cash alternative is available. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Barratt London or IKEA offer or incentive. 
Barratt London will share the customer's contact information and new property details with IKEA via secure email correspondence, to book an optional 1.5-hour design consultation for the customer.
In advance of the consultation with an IKEA interior designer, the customer will be asked to complete a questionnaire to indicate their preferences as to style of furniture.
Following the consultation, an inventory of the items selected by the customer, for inclusion in the furniture package will be sent to the customer by IKEA before exchange.
The package will be listed on the property reservation form as an IKEA furniture package.
Payment of furniture package will be handled directly by Barratt London, upon confirmation of a customer's order by IKEA.
Additional items can be purchased by the customer from IKEA at an additional cost.
If a customer's property purchase does not proceed to exchange then IKEA will cancel the customer's order in full and customer shall not be eligible to receive any of the furniture from the package.
