Damaged items
We appreciate you may be contacting us to report damaged items. Damaged items are those which have some imperfection which would reasonably be considered to be worthy of repair or replacement, but that is not material to the function of the item itself. Any damaged item in your new home must be reported to us, in writing, within seven calendar days of legal completion. We will not take responsibility for damaged items which have not been reported to us within this timeframe. For the avoidance of doubt, damage caused by reasonable wear and tear and/or improper use or maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner.
