UK house prices rose by less than 10% between December 2021 and December 2022.

Yorkshire’s property market reflects the overall trend, with house prices increasing by slightly over 10% between 2020 and 2023. West Yorkshire recorded the most substantial growth of 16%, followed by South Yorkshire’s 11% and North Yorkshire’s 10%. Despite consistent growth, properties in the region remain below the national average, along with the North East of England and Wales.

Cottingham
